How can I determine if a product is safe for children?

Although items can often appeal to young minds, they are not necessarily child friendly. All products on this site are NOT recommended for children under 3 years of age.

We accept no responsibility for fitness or safety of materials and products purchased beyond warranties provided by manufacturer, and will not be held liable for accidental injury or death caused by improper or unusual use and handling.

What if my item(s) arrive damaged?

All items are checked PRIOR to stocking and again PRIOR to packing/ship out. We take the best precautions we can in safely packaging each item for its journey to you. Should something happen, please contact us via the HELP email link or call us toll-free @ 1-877-521-1102 ext 136* and we will address your situation IMMEDIATELY! Any returns and/or replacement issues will be dealt with specifically on an individual case-by-case basis. Please do not ship goods back to us without first discussing your situation---as these shipments will be refused on our dock without the proper identification.

How does the sizing on your apparel run?

For your convenience we have displayed the SIZING CHARTS of the garments in the descriptions found on the PRODUCT SPEC pop up pages. Comparing your own personal chest measurement against these lists should help you identify your best choice from the sizes offered. Remember that your personal chest measurement should be taken from the highest/widest point. If you have any further questions or concerns please use the HELP line.

How do my products ship?

Your order is processed, packaged and forwarded directly to your submitted SHIP TO address via UPS Courier or Canada Post (depending on your geographical and urban/rural location). Each package is forwarded via STANDARD service with UPS or EXPEDITED PARCEL with Canada Post.

Each item on the eStore is assigned a weight per unit (including any packaging that it may ship in). As items are added to the Shopping Cart a Freight Calculator totals the weight (based on quantity of units placed into the cart). When you Check Out, the site compares the total weight of all your items purchased to the Freight Charge Grid above. No matter where you are located, the figure in the above grid that corresponds to your total weight is what you are charged to ship your order. (*Please note: in extreme rural areas, we reserve the right to add additional freight charges to cover remote delivery charges passed on by our carriers).
